EcomSwarm Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address and password hash when you register.

Usage data: Generation requests, credit consumption, pipeline stage progression, and session metadata.

Content data: Product URLs, uploaded images, and text inputs you provide to the agents.

Analytics data: Page views, click events, and feature usage via PostHog (anonymized).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process AI generation requests on your behalf
• Track credit usage and enforce plan limits
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, support responses)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve agent quality

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI text generation
• Google (Imagen / Gemini) — image generation
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized)
• Resend — transactional email

Content you submit for AI generation is transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your request. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Generated content (landing pages, copy, creative sets) is stored until you delete it or close your account. Usage logs are retained for 90 days.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and analytics cookies (via PostHog). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may impact Service functionality.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@ecomswarm.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
