1. Introduction

EcomSwarm is operated by Rchid LLC("we", "us", or "our"). The service helps merchants research products, build landing pages, generate creative assets, publish hosted pages, and send pages or products to connected commerce services such as Shopify. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email, authentication record, and organization details you provide.
• Content you create: product information, landing pages, brand assets, uploaded images, and AI-generated images and copy.
• Shopify integration data: when you connect a store, we receive its myshopify.com domain and OAuth credentials limited to the scopes you approve. We use these to perform the publishing actions you initiate.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, product analytics, and error diagnostics.
• Payment and plan-activation information: automatic website payments are not currently available. When you arrange a paid plan directly with us, we may receive your account email, selected plan, payment confirmation, and related billing correspondence through WhatsApp or email. Do not send us full card details.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the service, authenticate accounts, carry out actions you request, protect the platform, improve product reliability, provide support, send service-related messages, process billing, and meet legal obligations.

4. Shopify data and deletion

We store Shopify connection credentials only to perform actions you initiate. On app uninstall or a shop-redaction request, we delete that store's connection and tokens. We also respond to Shopify customer data-request and customer-redaction webhooks; the integration is not designed to store shopper order data.

5. Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf or as part of a feature you request, including Shopify for store integration, Supabase for database and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic and Google for AI content generation, and PostHog for product analytics when configured. Automatic card payments are not currently processed on the website. When card checkout launches, Stripe will process card payments and its handling of payment data will also be governed by Stripe's applicable terms and privacy commitments. We will not store full card numbers.

6. Data retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion; connected Shopify store data is also deleted on uninstall or an applicable deletion request.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. We do not sell personal information.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and product analytics. Browser controls may let you limit some cookies, but blocking essential cookies can prevent account features from working.

9. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use measures intended to support lawful international transfers.

11. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will show a new "Last updated" date on this page.
