No Refunds Policy: Due to the significant API costs incurred for AI generation, we strictly offer no refunds once a generation process has been initiated on your account.

Why We Have This Policy

Every generation on EcomSwarm incurs real costs from third-party AI providers — Anthropic Claude for text, Google Imagen for images, ElevenLabs for voice, and SyncLabs for video. These costs are charged to us immediately upon your request, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. Unlike SaaS tools with marginal delivery costs, AI generation costs scale directly with usage.

What This Means for You

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once your plan is activated and credits are loaded.
  • Partially used credit balances are non-refundable.
  • If a generation fails due to a platform error (not a third-party API outage), we will restore the consumed credits at our discretion.
  • Unused credits on the Free plan carry no monetary value and cannot be refunded.

Our Recommendation

We strongly encourage all new users to test EcomSwarm using the Free plan before committing to a paid subscription. The Free tier provides 10 credits and access to all core agents — enough to run a full market research cycle and generate a landing page so you can evaluate the output quality for your specific use case.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical errors on our end resulting in credits not being delivered), we may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with details.
